Led by their teacher,Finn,Blake and Crystal join their classmates on a seaside camping trip. Finn and Blake are grouped with 'bookworm' Herry, who is far too busy revising to help put up the tent. That night at the campfire, the boys are still complaining when their D'zayer watches suddenly sound an alarm. They race into the woods but find no trace of the Deserker. Instead, they come face to face with an elite Hunters' Guild menber named Iris.
