The terms and conditions may be changed, moved, or deleted at any time. Comic Holic has the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions at any time without any notice.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written or other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words, the “contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled, or licensed by Comic Holic Sdn Bhd.


Customer shall pay for the products ordered at the price displayed at the time the order is submitted. No adjustments are made if the price of any product ordered increases or decreases between the time the order is submitted and the time when that product is delivered. That means all products are fix price.



Comic Holic has the absolute discretion as to whether an order placed on its website is accepted and fulfilled. We may cancel an order for any reason whatsoever.



All order(s) made by customers are subject to stock availability. Comic Holic reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject customer’s order in whole or in part, at any time and without any liability or compensation in the event that any product(s) is/are out of stock, damaged or spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason(s).

Thus, Customers have the responsibility to check their order status from time to time before the orders completed shipped. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others.



Every effort will be made to fulfil orders placed with Comic Holic, but no member shall be liable to any person if Comic Holic is unable to or declines to supply a product for any reason whatsoever.

Comic Holic reserves the right to limit quantities able to be ordered by, or delivered to, buyers. If an order is reduced in accordance with this clause, the price payable by the Customer for that order will be adjusted accordingly. Comic Holic may delay dispatch of orders due to stock availability.

Yes, Comic Holic provides return & exchange service, strictly no cash refund allow. Should there be any damage due to mishandling before delivery or factory defect on the goods, they are entitled to be replaced. All return & exchange must done within 5 working days upon item received.


  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition with packaging.
  • Not applicable for Sale items and specifically stated non-returnable items.
  • Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
  • All items must be shipped back to us within 5 working days upon item received.
  • Returns can only made one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us. 
  • We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
  • Refund would only be done as store credit coupon, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  • You will be issued a store credit coupon equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90 days. Delivery fees to return your order to us will not be refunded.
  • Store credit coupon can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
  • Store credit coupon cannot use to pay shipping fees, only can use store credit coupon to purchase items.
  • All return/exchange request will be processed within 7 working days upon receive of returned items.
  • All return & exchange shipping cost will be borne by buyer.
  • Return won’t be accept if we do not receive RETURN NOTICE.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.


Our deliveries are on Monday to Friday, except for any public holidays. All Orders with ready stock items shall be shipped within 3-5 working days once payment received. Comic Holic shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.

Customers are responsible to ensure that the accuracy of the delivery address, contact number of the recipient as well as their daytime contact number so that we can notify customers in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.



Promotional discount codes / voucher – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes / vouchers which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.


These T&Cs relate to all Comic Holic promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

  • Only one promotional code / voucher can be used per order.
  • A promotional code / voucher can’t be used after an order has been placed.
  • Promotional codes / voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
  • If you’ve been given a promotional discount code / voucher, then it can only be used by you on your own Comic Holic account for the purpose for which it was issued.
  • You shouldn’t pass your promotional code / voucher around your friends, or post it in a forum – you should keep it confidential and only use it for your own purchases through the Website.
  • Look after your promotional code / voucher, because we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement and abuse of the code if it inadvertently gets lost and used by someone else will result in its cancellation.
  • Minimum spend limits or product category exclusions may also apply. These limits and exclusions will be explained in the email in which the promotional code is attached. Use of the voucher constitutes an acceptance on your part of these or any other terms listed in the email.
  • You may not use a promotional code / voucher to buy discounted products from Comic Holic, and then sell them on for a higher price.
  • If you do use your promotional code / voucher in any of the ways listed above or in a way that we consider abuses the spirit in which the promotional code was issued, then we can cancel or withdraw your promotional code at any time, and without letting you know beforehand.


Kindly clarify those which are not counted as defect/damage as below:

  • With a crease
  • With loss of colour
  • Stain below 2cm
  • Defects caused by vandalism

Customer must make any claims of defects with attachment clear pictures to show, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 3 days after the receipt of ordered items. We cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. It is the responsibility of customer to inspect upon receipt that all products delivered matches its order.

A written authorization from the Comic Holic Sdn Bhd must be obtained by the Customer for any returned products. All returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
